Please note the correct mailing address for mailing in payments for your property for City National Bank. Whether you are physically writing the check or using your banks bill-pay, you must use the following address, or your check may be returned to you.

We invite all owners to use the ComWeb portal to make payments. When registered, you may view your ledger at any time, and make payments. There is no charge when using your checking account, (a.k.a ACH), when set on auto-pay.
If you already set up autopay via your bank account previously with Regatta, you can also change payment methods via the portal. Any changes made via the portal will override previous payment methods.
To register, go to: http://www.comwebportal.com, click on "Forgot your password?", enter your email address and you will receive an email allowing you to "change" your password and then log in.
