In an effort to keep owners informed with what we can while we wait for FYVE's official financials, the document below was produced based on the associations' bank statements.  These numbers will be updated on a monthly basis, at the beginning of each month for the prior month, based on the information we have available up until FYVE provides us with official financials on a regular monthly basis.  Once FYVE's financials are received, those will replace these.  

The document below includes four tabs - 1) Budget/expenses based on the current budget and bank statements, 2) Downloaded list of bank transactions with additional notes added for clarification  3) Prior boards and still current budget and 4) Building Violation Details
